Trouble Processing your Payment?
Due to enhanced security measures implemented by our payment processor, we have found that some customers have trouble finalizing their order. If you are having trouble with your order on the website, you can call us at the shop at 906-452-6370 or you can email us at email@example.com and we can process your order manually.
Flat Rate Shipping for all products applies to orders in the continental United States only. Shipping rates for furniture vary, but are often covered under our flat-rate.
Orders outside of the continental US and furniture orders can be processed online using the Flat Rate for starters. If the Flat Rate is not sufficient to cover our costs, we will follow up and inform you of the cost difference before shipping your order. If you approve the difference then we will process an incremental charge and ship the order. If you don’t approve the difference then we will cancel the order and process a full refund. The choice will be yours and there will no obligation on your part for increased shipping costs without your prior approval. If you would rather get a shipping estimate before processing your order online then you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are planning to pickup at our facility in Wetmore Michigan we can also process your order with waived shipping costs.
