Shipping policy

Shipping:  
Flat Rate Shipping for all products applies to orders in the continental United States only. Shipping rates for furniture vary, but are often covered under our flat-rate.

Orders outside of the continental US and furniture orders can be processed online using the Flat Rate for starters. If the Flat Rate is not sufficient to cover our costs, we will follow up and inform you of the cost difference before shipping your order. If you approve the difference then we will process an incremental charge and ship the order. If you don’t approve the difference then we will cancel the order and process a full refund. The choice will be yours and there will no obligation on your part for increased shipping costs without your prior approval. If you are planning to pickup at our facility in Chassell Michigan we can also process your order with waived shipping costs.
